We want you to love your Dr Denim pieces, but if the fit isn't right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the denim is in its original condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Denim
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
